“Excellent aircraft models, especially the Freewing EDF jets and Flightline warbirds, top quality batteries from Admiral, and great customer service from the European (Netherlands) warehouse. Prices competitive and they are happy to ship to the UK in spite of Brexit, unlike some other mainland European suppliers. I’ve had nothing but excellent service from Motion RC over the past few years and hope this continues.”
“I purchased a defective product, returned it and received in its place another defective product and Tim at customer support refused to make me whole. I paid the PNP price but I’m expected to do repairs on a plane out of the box? I tell everyone I meet at the different clubs and I hear the same thing, quality is a thing of the past. Motion RC no longer stands by their products so I will never buy another plane from them.”
