“THE RETURN POLICY! You sent me an e-mail stating that an item that I was looking at was on sale!! It turned out to be the wrong item! You charged me $30 to return the item which is ok!! Probably my fault?? However it cost me $93 for return shipping!! Perhaps you should have sent me a shipping label?? Then the total cost of shipping would have been $60 instead of $120!! I did actually order the correct item and pay for it!!”
