“I purchased a RC boat as part of your holiday sale. Then the package arrived with a note saying you have a no exception warranty period of 30 days. I live in Northeast Ohio. Everything is frozen here. How can I use the boat outside, within your warranty window, to know if there is a problem? How do you expect me to run the boat if everything is frozen?
