“So impressed with Motley. I bought myself one of Charlotte Garnett’s quirky, chunky, beautiful Strength rings (partially benefitting Sane, which is a charity close to my heart) and instantly fell in love with it. It’s designed to be fiddled with when under duress, so frankly I think everybody needs one in these troubled times. Anyway, it’s gorgeous and I wouldn’t be without it.. However, I realised almost immediately that the size was a little off. I contacted Motley and brilliant Ruth, who frankly should be charging a fortune coaching people in customer service, sorted out an exchange for me, proving especially helpful and kind when there were some mishaps with the postal service. Unhesitatingly recommend this company.....the website is fun to visit, the collections are beautiful (will definitely buy some presents from here), the pricing is fair, the ethos behind the company is admirable and transparent, and the customer care is first rate. It’s exciting too to have a little piece of jewellery that is unlike anything any of my friends have. Really happy.”
