Dishonest advertising with bait and switch pricing. They sent out an email advertising a piece at £120 then raised the price to £160 a couple of days later - dubious but I guess technically ok. Then when I went to their website I was told I'd get 10% off my first order - doensn't make up for the price rise but… So I registered. Received the code (and a sea of spam). Selected the ring. Chose the size - no help from their "size guide" that tells you how to measure the circumference of a finger but doesn't actually give the circumference on the size chart - yes I can convert circumference to diameter but really… do they even proof read their website. Anyway I get to the checkout and enter the code and find "this item's not eligable for the code", I try again with a different browser and find the code is now accepted. When the ring's delivered I find it's the wrong one - with the hassle of trying to get the voucher accepted I'd mistakenly sellected a similar (but no way near as striking) piece. So I returned that - hopefully I will eventually get a refund and ordered again more carefully. This time I found the 10% first discount code was accepted on the "wrong" ring but was not accepted on the ring I actually wanted that had been advertised and then had a 33% price hike immediately after the mailshot. Stating you'll get 10% off your first order and then refusing it at checkout seems to be false advertising to me, and putting that on top of increasing the price by 33% a couple of days after an email campaign advertising at a lower price is a sure way to annoy potential customers.

I think the jewellery is overpriced, because in person it is of much worse quality than it appears on the internet site. Flimsy material, no craftmanship that a customer would expect considering the price. Not purchasing again.

I didn't receive what I ordered, was sent an incorrect item instead which I had to arrange to return via post office, which proved difficult so was delayed as wouldn't ship my correct order until wrong one received back....missing the deadline for my daughter's birthday so I've now asked for the order to be cancelled as have had to buy something else.

Disappointing. 1. No option to return. 2. Colour was so ‘yellow’ - didn’t match any of my other varied golds..... 3. Would not recommend.

I never did receive the necklace here in Neveda. Couldnt reach customer service. Paid a good deal for it in May. Probably good idea to confirm delivery before asking for a review. MHO
