I ordered it Jan. 31 with express shipping in order to have it in plenty of time for Valentine's Day, and instead it arrived late that night and not in time to give to my wife. So I'm extremely disappointed, since the express shipping did not matter. The product itself is great, but it doesn't matter if you can't get it when you paid for it to come. You guys need to reevaluate your shipping partners.

Bit of a disaster(again!). Previous order was missed for a week until I followed it up. This one was supposed to be less 10%, but didn’t happen/ also paid for “ next day delivery, but turned up 3 days later!) Think it’s time you sorted yourselves out! Accept you can’t control Royal Mail,BUT maybe dad would be a better option?

Chain came tangled in knot had to use a pin to release it and was a long wait for it to arrive

I bought this to go with the chain, as I accidentally missed it off my order, so this review is for the necklace and charm. It’s ok, but I’m by no means blown away with it. It’s not as heavy as I’d hoped, and the catch on charm keeps coming undone. I don’t think it’s fair to compare the quality with Tiffany, as I’ve seen in the reviews, it isn’t that level of quality. I love artisan jewellers however and this I’d how they should promote themselves, not try and compare themselves to a global, huge, established and well respected brand. I don’t know if I’d shop here again, though I do love jewellery and like to support local, British artisan jewellers, as well as having quality big brand pieces. Everything has its time and place.

Good delivery time + packaging. The necklace I ordered is pretty and minimalist but looks a lot bigger in pictures.

It was okay. Disapointed that the jewelery (rings in this case) arrived and when it came out if the vile felt bag it was being held in, one of the rings looked dirty and worn and covered in scratches. Not as nice as I I thought, or as luxurious

The clasp on the bracelet is no good just had a jeweller here in oz fit a new safer clasp

I love the necklace but it has come undone on a couple of occasions otherwise would get 5 stars. I have started to double loop it so I don’t lose it!

Nice necklace but arrived completely knotted up and had to be detangled before I could even wear it. Not very professional and especially for reasonably expensive jewellery.

I love the concept and the product design. On one earring, the clasp doesn't open up the whole way, so it seems to be a bit defective. I can still fit the earring onto my ear despite the clasp not opening fully, but it's not ideal.
