“The Motley website is easy to browse and once I bought my necklace, service was prompt and good. The necklace arrived in 3 days and was in a nice box and came with a cleaning cloth and storage bag.”

“Purchased earrings for Christmas present pre gift wrapped. When opened on Christmas morning I was a little disappointed as they were small in diameter. The quality is superb maybe I was expecting the earrings to be a bit larger”

“Jewellery is great. Would like to have size of bead/pendant included in the information. Confused about the Pioneer scheme - want to refer a friend but I can't see were to access this. Also would like to know if the cleaning cloth is sustainable, and why doesn't it come in a card container instead of a plastic sleeve? And is the felt bag sustainable too?”
