“I ordered a talisman bracelet with white howlite. I adored the packaging and design and also the personal touch of a handwritten card. Unfortunately, the bracelet had a slight imperfection. I emailed Motley and they’d responded by the next working day with a prepaid returns address. Within a few days I had a replacement which is absolutely perfect. I cannot fault their customer service, it was such an easy process and they were really personable and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend Motley to others. I already had in any event because I loved the theme and designs of the particular collection and the charitable donation as part of the purchase. Thank you! X”

“the earrings were very pretty, design was minimalist (in my opinion) and can be used for everyday or special occasions too. Like the package as it was very eco-friendly and sturdy with cute note to advise how to maintain the jewellery and a piece of cloth to wipe it. Overall very happy and highly recommended for a non-cliche but still thoughtful piece of gift. Price is reasonable and if maintained well, it is also durable.”

“Love it! Bracelet arrived in beautiful packaging of fuzzy orange and bubblegum pink . My favourite colour combination! Bracelet is really nice , charm is also beautiful . Unlike other websites the jewellery is as it looks on site and not much finer and smaller as I have experienced with similar companies on the same price point . Would definitely recommend . Shall probably buy another piece to complement my bracelet!”
