“Edwards have managed the letting of our property since we purchased it. They have provided an excellent service. Simply, there have been no problems whatsoever. They found good tenants very quickly and continue to ensure the smooth running of the tenancy.”

“I could not recommend Edwards estate agents highly enough. Myself and my partner purchased our house through then at the end of last year and they really went above and beyond to help us, giving advice on problems with paperwork, making sure the chain ran smoothly etc. Siobhan and Mandy particularly we’re so helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.”

“We used Edwards to sell our property, but also to purchase our new one. We would, without question, recommend them again. Every member of their team was friendly, attentive, efficient & helpful. When I fractured my wrist & could not drive, they gave me a lift to view a house, despite their hectic schedules. Every time a client viewed our house, we had immediate feedback. Yes, they a charge a fee, but it was worth paying for the attentive service. In a world where everything is challenged by "online services", it was great to have a personal & human approach. Thank you.”

“First time using Edwards to rent my property in Stratford. Becky was extremely helpful in terms of understanding type of tenant I was looking for and then introducing suitable ones to me to view the property. Becky and Anne were very proactive in supporting me to ensure all necessary checks were carried out on the property prior to tenants moving in. Would highly recommend Edwards as service was friendly and efficient.”

“From start to finish all the team at Edwards provided me with a first class professional but friendly service. For a very anxious single lady moving house after ten years was so daunting and I didn't really know where to start with all the many Estate Agents out there to choose from. I bought my previous house via Edwards who impressed me then, so chose them to value the house initially. David Fisher arrived and was absolutely brilliant very quickly putting me at ease with his polite and friendly approach giving me the confidence I needed. I didn't look anywhere else. From here on all the team were excellent - I didnt have to do anything more than let the team work their magic and sell my house for me. I have to say Gianni Susassi was particularly brilliant keeping in constant contact after each viewing and understanding my requirements regarding specific doors being left closed etc. and looking after my lovely old cat during the viewings. I cannot recommend Edwards Estate Agents highly enough and will use them again in the future.”
