“The Letting Team at Edwards looked after the residential property I let in Stratford upon Avon for several years. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Being a local firm I knew I would always be able to speak to a real person who was familiar with my property and cared about doing a good job. Letting through Edwards was a pleasure and vastly better than the experience I had previously letting through a national chain.”

“We had been searching for our forever home for a number of years and thankfully stumbled on Edwards through RightMove. We met Emily Bailey and over the course of the next 6 months she didn't give up on us and by getting to know us and what we were looking for, found us the perfect property. She didn't inundate us with emails with inappropriate properties like we were experiencing from other agents. We could see she put the time and effort in to make our lives easier. Assuming Emily's work practice is indicative of the way Edwards works, we would highly recommend Edwards Estate Agents.”

“The experience I had with selling my house through Edwards was positive at every step. The staff were excellent and made the journey as smooth as they possibly could. I had feedback from each viewing and frequent updates as to how the interest in the house was going. Once I sold I had regular updates from the sales progressor which kept me in the loop and was really reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend Edwards Estate agent to sell your property. Professional but also friendly staff.”

“We asked Edwards to sell my Mum's house when she wanted to downsize to a bungalow outside of Stratford upon Avon. Right from the get-go they were absolutely FANTASTIC - we cannot recommend them enough! From our initial enquiry regarding valuation, through to completion, their service was exemplary. In addition, the team were all so kind, courteous and extremely empathetic towards Mum who, at 82, was taking the big step of selling her home of over 45 years. Thank you Edwards!”
