“Edwards were recommended to me and from the first visit and valuation right up until the exchange of my house I have been hugely impressed. Highly attentive staff, very personal service and I have felt in safe hands all the way. Mandy in particular who manages the after sales is brilliant. Overall, great Team, excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend to anyone - thank you to all at Edwards”

“Every member of the team have been totally brilliant. We’ve had a very stressful time and the team at Edwards have gone the extra mile at every turn of events. We were originally with an international estate agent but decided to move to Edwards after glowing recommendations. We were so glad we did. Edwards by comparison were super professional, kind, thoughtful and unfazed by anything including when be backed out of our first purchase. Mandy, Jo and Carly were all helpful and demonstrated great compassion. Mandy is their Sales Progressor and was amazing. I honestly cannot fault any of them. I have already recommended them many times.”

“Edwards estate agents were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We dealt with all the sales team at one point or another and they were always helpful on the phone courteous in person and organised with viewings. They have the whole sales process in the current climate in control and work together like a well oiled machine. Once your sale is agreed the service doesn’t stop there, there is then a designated person to ensure the sale makes it through to completion as quickly as possible.”

“I used Edwards to rent out my property and then four years later to sell it. I never received anything less than a highly professional and extremely friendly service from both the Lettings team and the Sales team. The lettings team resolved any issues the tenants raised, which was invaluable not being a Stratford resident myself and the Sales team kept me fully informed of progress at every step of the sale. I would highly recommend Edwards wishing to either let or sell their property.”

“Edwards did a splendid job in marketing and selling my flat. I appreciated their regular communications, quick responses to queries (both by me and potential buyers), and for keeping my spirits up when a buyer at first couldn’t be found. Everyone was very friendly. I was particularly delighted with the extensive after-sales service (included in the fee), which involved dealing with queries by the buyer, the solicitors, and arranging for minor work to be done to the flat. This was not something which I had given any thought to when I opted for Edwards, assuming that it was simply about getting the sale. I recommend them highly.”

“We were very pleased overall with the whole sales experience. Our son introduced us to Edwards after they sold his house in Stratford with great efficiency. We then sold our family home in Stratford quite quickly before putting my Mothers house in Stratford on the market with them. This again sold quite quickly even though it was at the beginning of the pandemic. We own some flats in Stratford and use Edwards as our letting agents and again find them very efficient at finding the right tenants. We sold one of the flats just before Christmas and again it didn’t take Edwards long to find a buyer for that. We’re going to sell another one of the flats this spring and will definitely use Edwards again.”
