“The whole team at Edwards have been fantastic from valuation to completion. I was always able to speak to someone and when issues arrose they were able to provide advice and chase when needed. I will certinly recommend Edwards to my friends.”

“As a new landlord, I found the lettings team at Edwards to be so helpful and can’t recommend them enough! They swiftly began marketing and found me a tenant within 24 hours! Special thank you to Becky for all of her helpful advice, Sophie for marketing and finding me a tenant and of course Anne and Sarah who worked on the contract and moved my tenant in with ease.”

“Edwards Estate Agents Lettings Dept have managed my flat in Stratford since I bought it in 2017 and I have been consistently impressed with their efficiency and the quality of their communications. Every necessary action has been at their initiative, meaning that I can enjoy the benefits of ownership without worry. The agents with whom I have had most frequent contact - Becky Penney and Sophie O'Callaghan - have been particularly helpful and friendly throughout the last difficult twelve months, and I would recommend Edwards without any hesitation.”

“There’s no doubt that moving house is a tricky time, but throughout I felt supported, understood and helped. Nothing was too much trouble and when I had the odd meltdown (doesn’t everyone?!) the concerned empathy continued. Thank you all so very much 🤗”
