“If you have a property to sell we would definitely recommend Edwards. We received three offers within the first week and had exchanged contracts just over a month later. Considering the difficulties of lockdown, the whole process was handled superbly.”

“From the moment Natalie introduced herself at the property, I felt I would be putting the task of selling it in very capable hands. She inspired confidence with her knowledge and enthusiasm. I had three valuations. Hers was the highest and the EA percentage was too. But it was clear to me from her approach that Edwards was the EA to use. The house sold very quickly and throughout the process every communication I had with Edwards staff was professional and friendly, and all matters were dealt with promptly and in a courteous manner. I would definitely recommend the Stratford - on-Avon branch of Edwards to sell a property. Thankyou to all.”

“All the female staff were nothing short of brilliant frankly . Working under such pressures of the pandemic and holding down a job whilst tending to extra pressures from family was heroic. And they all had great listening skills, sympathy , humour and were always a pleasure to work with . I hope they all get a substantial bonus this year!”

“Like stamp duty Estate Agent Fees are unavoidable so if you must spend the money you need to know it is being spent effectively. Having chosen Edwards, I was very pleased that the whole sales process, from valuation to completion was conducted in a very friendly and professional manner. Special mention goes to Mandy and the sales progression team who picked up the ball once the buyer said yes and made sure that communication between all stakeholders was maintained. Despite the enormous pressure they were under, with the run up to the 30th of June 2021 and the reintroduction stamp duty, they kept us up to speed with what was happening in the sales chain and responded promptly to our questions. Hopefully we will not have to go through another house move for many years to come, but if we do then Edwards will be our first port of call. Thank you.”

“Edwards were efficient, caring and professional. Jo was always available to show us around properties for sale and nothing was too much trouble. We put our house on the market with Edwards, quickly selling it, but unfortunately our buyer pulled out just before Christmas. Siobhan pulled all the stops out to find us another buyer despite everything being closed for the holiday period. She succeeded and our sale went through and we were able to buy the house we had set our hearts on. Edwards held the chain together. Thank you!”
