“There’s no doubt that moving house is a tricky time, but throughout I felt supported, understood and helped. Nothing was too much trouble and when I had the odd meltdown (doesn’t everyone?!) the concerned empathy continued. Thank you all so very much 🤗”

“Excellent communication between all employees working in the branch meant that I could always obtain up to the minute information from any phone call I made regardless of who answered or was in the office at the time. I was equally impressed when, following an accepted offer, a designated employee was assigned to liaise with all parties and their respective solicitors keeping me updated throughout the sale until completion. Perfect!”

“Kept us fully informed every step of the way. Our house for sale was in a niche market we were correctly advised to stay with the buyer through his problems to do with the sale of a second property in order to purchase ours. Although the process was long the outcome was good all round for which we thank Edwards.”

“A fantastic service in every way - we purchased a house (outside the UK) and also decided to rent the property through their lettings team - at every part of this journey Edwards have been fantastic. We are based in NZ, about as far from the UK you can get and the level of trust we had to place in Edwards was 'huge' - they supported us all the way. A special thanks to Jo Draper in Sales and Becky Penny in Lettings amongst the fab team.”

“I've just let a flat through Edwards letting department and their service was excellent from start to finish. They did a rent assessment, found a suitable tenant, and did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Communication was good and all the team very friendly and efficient. Can't fault them and would thoroughly recommend them if you have a property to rent.”

“Everyone was helpful, informative and efficient. Anne especially went out of her way to help and advise me at every stage. There was excellent communication between the team. I have already recommended Edwards to my brother who has had his let sorted by Anne and is very pleased also and I will continue to recommend Edwards. One small point-the phone is answered quickly, if the person you wish to talk to is unavailable often someone else in the team is able to assist, messages are taken accurately when needed and if someone you wish to speak to is unavailable a call back is made promptly. A small point but a very important one from a client's perspective in a world of answermachines and button pressing that often gets you nowhere with many other companies. Well done and thank you for your continued support.”
