“Unfortunately whilst looking at a 4 pack I clicked to buy what I thought was the packet of four (described as one pack). However when it arrived it was one pipette and not one pack. As I have five cats it was useless to me.”

“Competitive pricing and item i needed was in stock, ordered Friday morning, shipped Monday (free shipping), Delivered Friday. Well packaged and no damage to either product packaging or contents en-route. Order updates were well presented with all information required. As such I am pleased with the service provided by Mr Pets.”

“I received my order today for two bottles of Tetra Aquasafe for my pond. The service was quick but the products were poorly packaged, both bottles arrived with the tops completely smashed. I realise this could be down to rough handling by Yodel but some bubble wrap around the caps and maybe some polystyrene pieces in the box to stop the bottles moving. There was a small piece of air filled plastic in the box but this was nowhere near sufficient.”
