“Easy to order and set up account. Would have preferred to be sure of delivery date rather than 3-5 days which meant me having to arrange Royal Mail redelivery. Other than that very happy with service.”

“Item (catflap) was competitively priced and arrived as promised. Easy to fit and works well. Only complaint was the delivery - which is no reflection on the supplier, Mr Pets. My porch door was locked when the delivery person arrived, but rather than ringing the bell, he/she decided to 'post' the item through a skylight window that was slightly ajar. From there it fell approx. 8 feet onto a slate tiled floor. Fortunately this item wasnt too fragile and survived fine - but the delivery person wasnt to know that.”
