Hello Thank you for your review. We apologise that you did not receive a dispatch confirmation. We had a few issues with our sync machine which lead to our dispatch emails not being sent, this has now been resolved. Best Wishes Claire Customer Services

“Very happy with the fast delivery but disappointed that I couldn't get through on phone to place order. Also a bit concerned that I didn't receive a confirmation of order which I had to request. The price however is competitive.”

We do send out confirmation emails but unfortunately we had a problem with our sync machine which caused our dispatch emails not to be sent out, I can confirm that this has now been resolved. “Prompt delivery which was free and very well packaged. I bought a 25g packet of Hikari sinking wafers for my Cory’s which they love. My only disappointment is that i ordered them Jan 2018 and the Best Before date is Feb 2018. Other than that i was very happy with the service.”

“Product as described, arrived before i expected it, it should have been clearer that a lead was NOT included, i could have ordered one at the same time. i ordered two collars at the same time, both arrived on same day in separate packages??!!”
