“Good service from start to finish the only thing bad was one item out of the 3 purchase, dog ear wipes everytime you pull one out the next one snaps so you have to open the tub to fish the next one out.”

“Bit of a problem in that my item got lost in the post due to lack of a house number on the parcel. However a replacement was dispatched s soon as I made them aware. Thanks for the prompt service.”

“The service from Mr Pets is very good, with no problems. But I was disappointed with what I bought. It was a medium dog door, it’s great now it’s fitted, but it was so difficult and fiddly to fit.”

“It was during the period of the snow when the whole of the U.K. Seemed to have been affected. I did phone, as did my daughter but it did take a while for my call to be returned. However v pleasant man spoke to me and allayed my fears that I may have duplicated my order. I liked the fact that delivery was included so would always consider Mr Pets first”
