“Was a prescription product I bought so had to send through prescription. Was on a repeat so they kept on file. Had no issue when I put in repeat request - they found prescription on file and processed. Product arrived in good time.”

“Bought some flea spray for the house. Items were dispatched the following day and arrived 5 days later - just within the time period Mr Pets advised it would be with us. Overall, very pleased with the service and great prices, although it would be nice to have faster postage.”

“My brother introduced me to this website where I found products of good quality but without the price that the vets were charging me. I got worming and flea products exactly the same but I saved over 50%. A great way to get your pet sorted. Just remember to order the products a couple of weeks before it is due. Thanks ????”

“My cat LOVES her Seraquin tablets. She thinks they're a treat. It makes giving her arthritis medication a pleasure instead of a stressful time. Highly recommend Seraquin.”

“Had ordered tick and worming treatments for our labrador. Was getting worried about delivery since the 3-5 days had just expired. I phoned and the customer service lady was very helpful and offered to resend the order, We agreed to wait a couple more days and lo and behold and order turned up that day.”

“Dispatched the activity ball quickly. However the product has spilt already. This is a fault with the manufacturer and I have emailed them previously. Sadly I will not purchase another. Two halves came apart poorly glued and not as strong as my original one which lasted years. bounced off patios and knocked against skirting boards.”

“Was expecting a bigger ball, as it was described extra large. But with standard poodle it was medium size. Very hard to fine a large ball. But he still loves it. It seems to be standing up to his chewing. Hence the reason wanting a really large ball.”

“Product at a good price, and delivery was quick, but all 6 items sent separately from Switzerland. I appreciate that was how you got the price, but the postman twice put a card through the door to say too large to deliver, so twice I had to do a round trip of 12 miles to collect them!!”
