“Competitive price but delivery was quite slow. If I had realised that it was not a speedy delivery service then I would have ordered elsewhere & paid a bit more. I thought I had enough tablets but discovered that I had none so would prefer that timescale had been identified on the advert. However if I was aware of delivery timescale then generally I could work round it. Nowadays most items are dispatched same day or next day & arrive the following day.”

“I used Mr pet's for the first time at the beginning August 2016. I bought advantage flea 4klg to 10klg droplets witch have worked excellent .service and communication was good all so advice was good. Price's where very good compared to the high Street outlets. Postage though was a bit slow but I don't think that was Mr pet's fault . I will definitely use them again. Thank you Mr pet's”

“Excellent price for the product I bought which was Feliway Friends Refill and postage was free too!Only issue was I had to phone to ask if my item had been dispatched as I never received an email informing me of dispatch which I was meant to have been sent however I did receive the email the day I phoned telling me it had been dispatched a few days previously.Perhaps this can be looked into and improvements made to let customers know as soon as their item is dispatched.Overall this is a good company providing a swift and free delivery service within the UK and it's prices are very reasonable.”
