“I was pleased with the price of the product, as it was substantially cheaper than what was available locally. However, we did wait over a week for it to arrive. it didn't matter too much to us, as we weren't in a big hurry. But possibly be prepared to wait a few days!”

“The service provided was excellent. I bought two dog whistles. The only problem: there is an option to tune the sound of the whistle. If you don't tighten it right up after use it will fall off. I gave one to my sister, and she ended up loosing one half of the whistle within a day. Mine also came off too, but luckily was still in my coat pocket.”

“Unfortunately it has taken from the 12/3 until today 30/4 for my order to arrive which is disappointing. Having said that though the cost of items ordered were very reasonable, so would probably use Mr Pets again!”

“Ordered some Pro Kolin for my dog, which came in the time specified, good communication from Mr Pets via email. Shame the post delivered it to the wrong address, even though correct address was on the delivery label, a couple of streets away, but that was a problem at the sorting office. Luckily we live in a village where the person it was delivered to brought it to us. Thanks, Mr Pets”

“I was a bit worried because I had seen negative reviews about people ordering and making payment but items not arriving. However, this order was easy - payment was taken, order was despatched and a few days later I received my order. Toby loves his new boomer ball and I would order from here again - competitive prices, overall a good experience.”
