“I ordered the Catrine Urine Collection Kit and it arrived as promised. My only comment is that from the name of the item and the picture on the website it looks like the 'kit' includes a pipette and plastic container. I only received the special litter, so I was a bit disappointed and feel the website is slightly misleading.”

Dear Lucy, Thank you so much for your review of Mr Pets. With the Catrine Urine Collection Kit, the pipette etc are usually hidden inside the bag of cat litter. Please do email us if this was missing when you opened the bag, as we can send out a replacement for you. Kind regards Mr Pets

“I ordered two identical items and expected them to arrive in the same package however they were sent under separate cover. I was initially concerned as the items were expensive. They did turn up one day after the other which was fine and the customer services responded to my email within a day to say they had been sent separately. Perhaps they should have told me this when they sent the order to save the worry of me thinking they had got the order wrong.”

“Straightforward online ordering with usual confirmation email. Fitting the cat door was straightforward enough using the template provided as a guide for my jigsaw. The magnetic tags hang on a ring that slips over the cat collar so that it swings freely underneath. Both my cats took time getting used to this but the mechanism opened the cat door effectively. Having had a rival version some years ago their magnetic attachment fitted snugly onto the cat collar without the movement and I think this was better. Not sure what happens if another cat is fitted with the same device?”

“Fast delivery. Didnt communicate how to send prescription until after checkout. Requirement to send hard copy is a pain, scanned copy is accepted elsewhere. Good deals on products.”

“Good service , cheap and easy ordering which is why I use Mr Pets. My only grumble would be to issue some discount codes as I've looked and there isn't any. Even 10% of anything would be nice!!!!!”
