“Placed the order on 12th November and it's literally just got here...packaging was OK, some damage to the snugglesafe heatpad box, but I think the heatpad is OK. Drontal tablets arrived today in separate packaging - all looks good! :)”

“Good price and easy website to use. You would do well to advise purchasers that some (many?) of your products are posted from abroad (in my case, Switzerland) so may take slightly longer to arrive than one may anticipate.”

“I would have given 5* but for the fact that I was so impressed with the service/product that I wanted to order another 2 days after delivery of the item, but I could not get through on the website due to non-acceptability of my password. On applying for a resetting of the password I was not able to access the website to do so. I have since emailed direct to Customer Services but have not heard anything for two days.”

“Quick delivery - only complaint would be the Animal Instincts Puzzla Treat ball that I bought, which is a complete waste of money, as the treats are out within about 5 seconds, and then that's it - not at all difficult for my 3 month old puppy to figure out, and definitely not going to help with keeping her from getting bored when we are out! I thought there must be something special about it when I read about it online, but no, it is just a ball with a hole in it, and the treats drop out the other end. A waste of time. The other products were great though - the Dog Pyramid Treat Ball and the Kong Satellite Treat Dispenser have been very well received by our pup, and she gets super excited when she sees me filling them up with treats for her!”
