“Quick delivery & good correspondence. Prices are very competitive and it's a easy website to use. little bit disappointed in my whal hair trimmers but otherwise wouldn't hesitate to use Mr Pets again.”

“I ordered JointAid . It was the cheapest price on the internet with free delivery, which was good but wasn't the quickest on delivery. Although I had not realised that it was being shipped from Switzerland. This took 5 days from ordering. JointAid is a brilliant product non the less.”

“i found this website to be very fairly priced, it had a large variety of stock and, even better, free delivery. i only purchased one item (the kong squeez large stick) but i would definitely use Mr. Pets again”

“Feeder good & efficient & dishes hold plenty of food. Great it comes with a freezer pack that you know will fit in the unit. It could do with a better on/off switch & window to check it's actually working. Mr Pets dispatch of order was good but just took 5 days to get to us.”

“My delivery was as expected and nearly delivered in good time, this is in no way a reflection of Mr Pets but, the Post Office didn't deliver and I had to collect from local sorting office, 3 items that individually would fit through the letter box but, they were baffled by an elastic band, good service MR Pet, shocking service Post Office.”

“Have used Mr. Pets twice now and always found them to be competitively priced and usually speedy delivery, although we did wait a week for an item to arrive from our latest order. To be fair, the dispatch email did say 3-5 working days and it did arrive in 5 working days. Will definitely use again.”
