“Everything was as orderd. When received box was damaged as came in padded envelope and one od the silver foil was split but item not damaged. Needs better outer packaging. Over all very good”

“Ordered 2 things in quick succession; both free postage so made no difference. 1st item came no probs, all good, very happy. Then suddenly got refund notice from PayPal with explanation, so was typing email to Mr.Pets, with all the order No's & details blah blah, when I then got email from them which said same thing but also explained they had no stock and wouldn't e getting any soon. Appreciate their quick actions to the issue, but I would have liked the opportunity wait or discuss my options, if they were definitely not going to get any for a long while or again. I understand this simply a system thing, but that's sort of my point, they allowed the system to do their dirty work, completely eliminating any personal touch or customer consultation in the process. Systems shouldn't be allowed to or be made to try and converse with customers - things/issues like this need to be handled by PEOPLE. That's what customers' value. Cheers Jem.”

“It does seem crazy not to achieve economies of scale by sending 4 packets in a single parcel rather than in 4 separate Jiffy bags.”

“Goods as described with the extra bonus in the form of free bag of treats. The goods did take a little while to arrive, even after an email said they had been dispatched, so need to give plenty of time to ensure you don't run out.”
