I placed my order on the 30th August and status said shipped on the same day and delivery date 9th September. To date I still don't know where my order is your customer care nor city courier can't give me a valid answer. I am even tired calling. Yesterday I was told they will send the email when my order arrives at east gate mall,when only God knows...I will never order online again..

Terrible service that we experience with the delivery off our order purchase from Mr price Home Menlyn Mall, they are using City Logistics.. Phoned many times no answer when we phoned the on website a lady sarcastically tell us to wait... Week and a half later... no positive outcome and NO feedback of furniture..
