Terrible service that we experience with the delivery off our order purchase from Mr price Home Menlyn Mall, they are using City Logistics.. Phoned many times no answer when we phoned the on website a lady sarcastically tell us to wait... Week and a half later... no positive outcome and NO feedback of furniture.. Worst service ever. Ordered online and long after delivery date passed, I still had not received my order. Finally canceled the order was told will only receive refund after it arrives at their warehouse. When did it even leave the warehouse coz I canceled after 2 weeks of waiting. Wish I could gv 0 star
