“There is not correct information, on the time of ordering. When i order the medicine, this was 16-17May. After placing order there is mentioned 18 May. Now there is argument to deliver on 19th. Now they told sunday is holiday on 18th May. I am asking, when they promised for 18th May. That time also Sunday.”
“We had one of the most unprofessional and unfortunately experience with Mr Meds.They made us pay the money (in lakhs) and assured that life saving medicine will be delivered by time but it never was.Till date we are still waiting. “They said they will deliver on the 26th, they did not even dispatch until 26th. Instead, the shipment arrived 28th, 2 days later for an order placed on 22nd. Also, medicines that need cold chain are not respected. They ship out with Bluedart which is another horrible company. I suggest stay away from these crooks like the plague.”
“I have been continuously placing order for Nitrophage sachets. My order is being accepted and the executive calls me and informs that the medicine will be despatched on a certain date. But after one or two days another executives calls me with an excuse that the medicine is out of stock. It happened to me three times during this week. If product is not available why it is showing in the website. One of the worst firm I have ever came across. I want to give negative rating. Unfortunately it is not available. I am totally dissatisfied and fed up with this firm”
