After a quick email to check on the delivery status I explained the situation, and the delivery was upgraded to special delivery free of charge which ensured they arrived on time. Excellent service. The products themselves are also great quality, and very handily pre-folded in a card.”

“Absolutely Fantastic! I bought 5 hand tied bow ties and 2 pre tied. Customer service was AMAZING based on requests to expedite and ship to the channel islands. When I realised I had missed a tie off the order, Sian was straight on it and helped ensure we got the extra bow tie in time for our wedding. the materials were great quality and the lobster print was spot on. I cannot recommend Mr Bow Tie enough!”

The items arrived speedily & best of all were beautiful & in perfect packaging. The tie was rolled in a cylinder box & the pocket square in a lovely long box pre folded & ready to wear.
