“the sugar free honeycomb flavour is most disappointing tastes nothing like a crunchie as someone else said more like artificial caramel would not buy again”

Thanks for taking the time to review us, sorry you didnt like the taste of the honeycomb milkshake. As you can imagine with any food/drink its difficult for everyone to love a particular flavour. We hope to see you again to try one of our other Nespresso compatible milkshake flavours/coffees/hot chocolates.

“Poor communication - I a few questions about delivery but only one question answered Damaged boxes- 3 boxes in delivery were damaged taste is not great either , some boxes damaged (dented) forced to buy more than required to receive free delivery”

Good afternoon, sorry you didn't feel we communicated to yourself if you could get in touch with jack@mugpods.com I would like to look into this for you. The situation with your parcel has never happened to us before - which is why we replaced all of the damaged ones free of charge. Im also pleased to announce that after taking into account customer feedback we now have no minimum order (with postage charges that go down the more you buy).

“Hello delivery etc was ok but sorry to say the product is disappointing and makes quite a mess once dispensed. The idea was great but not sure we will repeat”

Thanks for taking the time to review us and our pods, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed. Due to the nature of hot chocolate powder there will unfortunately be more leftover water within the pod than standard pods. We hope to see you back again to try our other products including standard coffee pods.
