“Delivery costs were cheap without having to buy a huge amount. Also, a Chocolate pod will make my daughter happy, as she doesn't like coffee. Thanks.”

“Tried the double shot and intense coffee as I don't find most of the Nespresso ones strong enough for my morning wake up. The coffee was nice and strong without tasting bitter. I keep my pods on a stand so its helpful to have the names printed on the foil lid. Also tried the hot chocolate, tasted good but can't make up to a full mug with milk as this makes the chocolate taste a bit weak. Will definitely try experimenting mocha lattes etc and I have already recommended Mugpods to other Nespresso machine owners!”

“The order arrived very quickly and well packaged. I'm happy with the service and I would buy again based off that. Unfortunately the product itself is a Christmas gift so I cant review how I like the products themselves until afterwards.”

“The pods were delicious, great value for money too! - I got an email about delayed delivery which was dealt with promptly which was a nice surprise, certainly the first company I've dealt with that have been so proactive even when it wasn't their fault. Thanks mugpods I will be back very soon!”

“Slight problem re delivery caused by third party which I was not aware of until company contacted me. Obviously this was brilliant pro active customer service which other companies would do well to copy. The products themselves were very well received by all the family especially the hot chocolate”
