“I was informed my order was complete and it had left the depot for delivery but I never received it. It was a Christmas present so I chased up the company 5/6 days before. They apologised and said they'd investigate. I had to contact them again on January 4 as I had heard nothing. I asked for my money back and this was agreed.”
