“APC is a terrible delivery company, as you can see by Googling them. (They have only 1-star reviews.) They attempted delivery twice, left rude message on answering machine and only way to get package was a one hour bus journey each way. Also, I am not Sally Turner??”

“The package arrived open, my tablets were inside but the way it was packed was not very safe it was quite a large box for a small packet of tablets. I am Worried about taking the tablets in case they have been tampered with or anything else. Maybe I should go back to picking them up at local chemist. I am going to take them to my local chemist and see if they will exchange them.”

“On the website, the product is named: Olay Beauty Fluid Essential Moisture 100ml. This product has the picture of Olay Classic Beauty Fluid. However, when it arrived the product was Olay Beauty Day Fluid. It is best to update the product's picture and name on the website. I purchased because I want Olay Classic Beauty Fluid. Delivery time was within stipulated time.”

Dear Mr Brown Please accept my apologies for the delay in dispatching your order and not receiving our normal level of service. I looked into your order personally and have found that our supplier unfortunately did not deliver our expected stock due to them taking a longer Easter break. I understand that you are unhappy with the delay and we too are disappointed that we have not been able to deliver as promised due to an issue in the supply chain.
