“Website easy to use, and items out for dispatch quickly. Unfortunately you are let down by your delivery agent in the North East area. They failed to turn up as they advised twice and it was impossible to get any kind of reply from them either by email or telephone. If not for the delivery would have scored 5”

“Competitively priced product but very slow to ship. Only when I rang to find out what was happening with my order did they say it would be sent out the following day.”

“The price and the product are very good however the delivery was much later than expected which on contacting someone was apparently a stock shortage which would not have been a problem if they had messaged to let me know”
