“As a buy to let customer would recommend .Able to secure a fair price which both parties were happy with.Sometimes seemed to keep odd hours contacting after close of business not sure why. Did feel on times pushed to increase offer once asked if it was my dream property , we were looking at buy to let? . Over all good as we purchased the property in which we were interested.Not traditional estate agents and I would never use to sell my own property if I'm honest as I did feel they probably put pressure on sellers to accept our offer.”

“I would like to commend everyone at MuluHome for the hard work and effort they have put in to selling my property. I had been with numerous estate agents in the past and was really to the point where I almost lost hope that I wasn't ever going to sell my property. But then, a good friend of mine and a previous client of MuluHome (to which they had sold her property in 3 weeks!) recommended their services to me. I was, at first, doubtful as I thought this was going to be another waste of our time, but lo and behold, MuluHome was able to sell my property in a span of 8 weeks! The sales process all went by smoothly and they assisted and updated me throughout every milestone. Thank you, MuluHome! A job well done! I will make sure to recommend you to friends and family!”

“To whom it may concern, Myself and my wife have used Muluhome to purchase a property in Cardiff. We officially move on the 29th March. It's been a difficult few months however, Gemma in the conveyencing department has been an absolute professional in all aspects of the move. “After trying to sell my home for several months and almost losing hope I was convinced by a very professional gentleman Dan that Muluhome would get me the exposure I needed to sell my home. Within 4 weeks an open house was set by my senior negotiator Amjid along with individual viewings after the time and effort of Muluhome setting up an open house we finally did it all in the space of 8 weeks!
