“we thought that the 'online company' was good with lower commission for selling our property...........but it does have many disadvantages........no one to do the 'viewings'..........we did find that it was difficult to contact Mulu Home on many occassions. ....this was very much of a nuisance as you had to keep trying to phone to get through.......sometimes they did phone back. one member of staff was very helpful and always did what she said she would do.........others did not. The 'FOR SALE' board seemed to be a problem because the Company were not local........they never put up a 'sold sign' either!! The 'FOR SALE' sign is still at the property! maybe they will collect it one day? we do not recommend MULUHOME...........Although the fees were lower, it was still too much to pay for very little SERVICE. One other member of staff was also helpful in securing us a better offer for our home, managing to push the final SALE PRICE up £20,000, this was v good for us so there are some positive points for MULUHOME!!”
