“I went to look for a Gibson guitar. Great place to go, very helpful staff. I could have tried every guitar in the shop and they wouldn't have minded. What Ray doesn't know about Gibson's isn't worth knowing lol. Highly recommended.”

“The guys at Music Junkie were extremely helpful as I was buying a particular item as a present for my boyfriend, as I am not musical in the slightest they gave me loads of advice. The particular product was a new item so there was a long wait for it being released/shipped by the manufacturer but Music Junkie kept me updated and let me know immediately the item came to their stock and reserved one for me, so I did not miss out, brilliant service!!”

“We use the MJ store in Leicester, where the advice and help from the staff is absolutely first class. Our 12 yr old is in a band and wanted a bass guitar pedal, the staff gave lots of advice and allowed him to try several options making the whole experience enjoyable. The advice offered was very much focused on his ability/need as opposed to simply selling the most expensive product, the staff here are first class and we would highly recommend.”

“I am pleased to report that I am very satisfied with my purchase. Ordered after 6pm on a Wednesday, my Alesis M1 Active 320 USB studio speakers arrived the following Friday as advised, by courier.\nThe free Numark headphones included in the deal however were not delivered with my order, but on telephoning the vendor, a very apologetic salesperson promised to have them sent out to me as soon as possible, and they duly arrived by Royal Mail, and I??d not been charged the additional postage.\nThe Alesis speakers are adequate for my current needs in a confined space, and the free headphones are just the job and a very welcome added bonus, and while postage & packing was extra at ??3.99, this was without doubt the best value for money deal on offer at the time.\nI am more than happy to recommend this vendor for its prompt and efficient service. “Music Junkie is local to me in Leicester so popped in for some advice as I was thinking of swapping from Rhythm/Lead Guitar to Bass Guitar. The sales person was a Bass Guitarist and very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a Fender P Bass and a Peavey amp and absolutely love it!! Great people great shop.”
