“Having ordered lots of things from you im going to assume this review is regarding my gibson les paul I Brough in store. The guitar is fantastic and was a great price. The only thing I was Unhappy with the member of staff with shoulder length blonde hair. I feel he lied to me to make a sale.”

“Excellent service. Had some faulty goods, but replaced and returned in working order. Only suggestion I would give would be a 100% inspection and test on goods before leaving the shop.”

“I visited the Leicester store with my 16 year old son in order to check out a new electric guitar for him. The staff were not at all pushy, and very patient while we tried out different guitars. The assistant who dealt with us was very helpful and informative, and we were able to negotiate a good deal when I decided I'd buy an Epiphone electro-acoustic as well as the Ibanez electric my son decided upon.\nOverall, I was very happy with the experience, and would gladly recommend Music Junkie.”

“I bought the guitar for my son. Also bought a strap and a bag. The staff were very helpful but I was very disappointed with certain aspects of the purchase. The guitar was handed over in its naked state, if I hadn't bought a bag that would have been here it is goodbye. I am sure that is not the way they get delivered to the shop. I had nothing with the guitar at all. I would have expected a booklet or some information or guarantee paperwork but got absolutely nothing, just a guitar and card receipt. Very disappointing. ***”
