“I have purchased a couple of hundred Blu-Rays, DVDs, CDs and a Samsung S7 Edge phone from musicmagpie in the past year, either directly through their website, via Amazon or via their ebay "store". Orders from Amazon Marketplace and the ebay store are dispatched quicker and are sometimes cheaper than the same item from their own website, sometimes more expensive. For the vast majority of orders they have provided a fast, reliable service, but a couple of orders never arrived (full refund given), a couple have been "out of stock" although shown as in stock on the website (also full refund) and one or two took a long time to arrive (more than a fortnight) apparently because they were sent from Guernsey. Half a dozen or so have been advertised as having a UV copy, but the code has either been already redeemed or not included. Some of these I have returned for a full refund, while for others I have accepted a partial (£1) refund. I have recommended musicmagpie to many others as a great source of cheap music and films. The phone I purchased has also been excellent value and cost £100+ less than charged by other sources of similar used phones. I have never sold anything to musicmagpie as the prices they offered were less than I could get locally or from selling on ebay so cannot comment on their buying service.”

“Good prices on used DVDs but not convinced about the quality control system as we have had some badly damaged or soiled products and even one 2 disc film sent with a disc missing and on one occasion they sent us the completely wrong film.”
