“Sold my old iPhone to them. Valuation was the highest, and certainly over 50% more than Apple themselves were prepared to give, process was simple and straightforward, with no postage costs. Payment was made promptly into my account once they’d received the phone. Excellent service, would recommend highly.”

“The experience with MusicMagpie was very nice. it was easy to use the app, scanned all the books and CDs. However, the labels for the Royal mail did not come often through and I had to write to the support team which was quite quick in response. To be honest I had a bit of stress with all the labels we did. The different picture happened with Hermes. The label went through very quickly but the store still did not receive them. It is already a week since we send all the boxes. Over all, I put Good hoping it will address the issues above.”

“shabby service. on their site it valued my phone at £26 so i sent it in. 4 days later i receive an email stating it isn't a model they would buy, so they are going to recycle it. if it isn't a model you would buy, then why does your site value it so? no option given to return it to me, just that they were going to recycle it appropriately.”
