“Very impressed with the ease of setting up an account and sending my old phone in. I was quoted £135 for my iPhone 7 and this is exactly what i was paid. Paid direct to my bank within a few days of days of sending the phone in. Would highly recommend :)”

“Totally fine! Some of the prices offered are painfully low of course but some of them were really good; it all sort of balances out I think. Collection of my boxes was on time and exactly when advised it would be; still waiting for payment but have had communication from Music Magpie so I guess all is in hand. Will definitely use again!”

“Didn’t check in phone for 3 days then claimed money would be in same day was day after. No notifications when phone received or checked either Did get what I got quoted price wise But expected more service and money wise in all honesty”

“The instructions on how to sell goods could be a little clearer, for example I didn't find out until it was too late that you could not add to existing items you had scanned and then saved. The packaging and sending was easy especially via the Post office and courier collection from home.”
