“After being left a shedload of dvd, cd and records from my late brother, who was a collector. I was at a loss at what to do will them, luckily I saw an advert for Music Magpie and was thrilled to be able to offload the vast majority of my stock. It was so straight forward and easy to do even for an old crinkle. But more to the point knowing that other people could get the pleasure of music and films like my brother. So well done Music Magpie.”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service, they sold me an xbox 360 game that doesn't work, took pictures of the screen to show them that not even 5 minutes into the game it stops. Sent back for a refund, they now say they haven't received it back yet I have my proof of posting, sent them a picture of the receipt and guess what, no reply and no refund! And now I've just received a notification that the game I purchased has been relisted! Not happy at all, will never be using their company ever again. By the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one. Well over a month later and still not received my refund!”
