“Appalling service. I sent 4 orders which were all picked up at the same time. Apparently there was over 2 weeks between the first one arriving and the last. So don't believe their claims about paying quickly. Also 2 of my orders they reduced the amount without consultation. They also failed to respond to some of my emails chasing up my orders. Will never use them again”

“Despite having emails to say that they had received my goods, I then had an email to say they hadn't recieved anything so weren't paying for anything. Turns out they did have my goods all along. Very poor service. Felt like they were trying to con me out of my money. Will not be using them again.”

“Good service, however was slightly displeased at the fact they state on their website that they pay out the day they receive the goods however that's not strictly true they received my phone last Thursday but didn't pay out till monday, as long as your not desperate for money I would highly recommend”

“A very useful site and organisation. Selling is straight forward and carries thr bonus that if one's total sales items (such as books and CD's) do not reach the basic minimum repurchase figure, the whole exercise can be held over whilst further items are sourced. Payment is extremely prompt, direct to the sellers bank account virtually on the dae that goods are received by the company. I will continue to use this organisation at any time in the future.”
