Hello Nicholas, We're sorry to learn your experience wasn't a positive one. In reference to your order, due to casing damage, your item was regraded to poor quality. A dent to the casing is much more than the light wear and tear expected of good condition items. We also explicitly list 'Heavy wear and tear beyond normal usage' as a poor condition specification.
