Hello, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. Having looked into your order, we can see that your item was regraded from good condition to faulty when it was received on 6/8. This regrade is due to screen burn - so severe that the keyboard and icons were showing on the test screen. When your item was regraded, we emailed you to let you know of the changes to your order. At this point, you have four days to either accept or decline the revised offer - had you chosen to decline it, your device would have been returned to you free of charge. We sent you a reminder email on 9/8 to let you know there were 24 hours left of the grace period. If the four day period passes without any contact from the customer, it is automatically accepted, as listed in our terms and conditions. The offer was auto-accepted on 10/8. It was only on 10/8 did we receive contact from yourself in regards to your order. At this point, the offer had been accepted and payment had been authorised. “Whether I need something technical or a CD/DVD music magpie always have what I want at the best price, items are always checked too! I bought a great iPod earlier in the year for my holiday, then my son saw it & wanted one & then later I ended up buying a third one for my partner! but we saved so much & they are great. My brother has now even bought his mobile after he realised I'd bought two! It is also very easy to sell tech & Dvds, will keep recommending & using!”

“Sometimes I find that MusicMagpie will not accept certain CDs, DVDs or books (maybe they already have too many of these particular ones?) and I often find the prices paid disappointing, but it is a hassle-free way of getting rid of a lot of items quickly and for getting some cash for them.”
