“Very easy to use. Was given a quote for my phone, packed it up and sent it with the free postage label ,phone was assessed very quickly, cheque arrived shortly after for the full quoted price. The whole transaction from start to finish (including posting time) only took about 12 days. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Well done music magpie. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏”

Hi Dominik, We are sorry to learn that your experience was not positive. From reviewing your order, we can see that your order arrived with us on 16/05/2019. When we received and tested the device, we found that it is still locked to a Google account and an email was sent on 17/05/2019 to let you know we were unable to process the item whilst it is locked. The item has now been returned, free of charge via Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery and should be with you shortly. If you still wish to sell your device, you will need to remove the Google account and create a new order. Kind Regards, mM CS

“I recently sold quite a bit of lego to Music Magpie, they sent really easy to follow instructions for postage, they were quick to let me know they had received the lego and the payment was just as quick. I have also sold phones previously and this too was easy, when I called for some advice, they were also easy to contact and very helpful.”
