“The company has a very bad habit of Denying receipt of items and thus not paying for them, the odd game here or blu ray there, I have spoken to them about this and some employees have near enough admitted that this is an issue with there warehouse and then paying for the item but occasionally they will not admit fault or deal with the issue, leaving the customer out of pocket, this is criminal.”

“Simple, easy and with a bank hol bonus an extra 10% on the trade in price. Love MusicMagpie more often than not they have the best prices for trade in on xbox one games so they are always my first port of call and in this case, like mentioned a bank hol extra 10% was just icing on the cake. Really easy to use and free postage with a quick walk to the post office and in a few days my cash was in my paypal account, the only niggle is, if your package arrives at the weekend you'll have to wait till Monday to get paid but hey that's the least of my worries... I wholesomely recommend the musicMagpie service 100%”
