“I paid for next day delivery and was informed that the delivery needed to be signed for. The issue is that it took 4 days to receive the delivery and it was left on the door step! The phone was missing the head phones. I will not be purchasing anything from music magpie again.”

Hello Peter, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. Having looked into your order, we can see it was placed on a Friday. As we state on our website, tech orders placed on a Friday will reach you the following Tuesday. This was the case for your order. We apologise that the item wasn't delivered to you directly - unfortunately as delivery is handled by Royal Mail, this was beyond our control. Accessories are not included with tech items purchased on our store, unless stated specifically on the listing. Kind regards, mM CS

Hello Rosemary, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When a fault develops with a device bought from our store, and is within the 12 month warranty, the item needs to be returned to us so this can be looked into. We received your returned item on 29/1, with the fault being repaired the following day. We dispatched your device on 30/1 and the returned item was signed for on 3/2. Kind regards, mM CS

“Music magpie offered me the most money for my goods (an Apple Watch). I sent my parcel of on a Friday and it arrived to them by the Saturday morning, the full payment was transferred into my account on the Monday. I was pleasantly surprised and I would definitely re use the website”
