“I was looking to replace some "pre-recorded video tapes" with DVD's. MusicMagpie had about 95% in stock. Fourteen films for £11.98 delivered works out cheaper than my local charity shops. I will be checking stock regularly and anticipate further purchases.”

“Simple to use, enter the barcodes from the CDs, DVDs and books you want to sell, add your promotion code and pack in a large box. Drop off at your nearest store, a Doddle! Money was in my bank account as promised. Super service. Will recommend and use again.”

“Perhaps I am the exception as I've seen all the positive reviews. I bought a phone in 'good' condition having seen one my daughter bought from them recently. The phone I received had many dents around the edge and was scratched and rather dirty to be honest. I needed the phone urgently and waited in especially for the delivery. I told Music Magpie all of this but just received a 'standard' response saying they didn't have a replacement and I'd receive a refund. There was no offer to make up for the poor service or inconvenience. I held off writing a review to see if they would put matters right but they have not.”
