“The company themselves are great! Easy app to use, fast service and payment. The big let down is Hermes, who failed to collect my order 3 times. Music Magpie sorted it by sending Parcelforce instead, but I am not impressed with Hermes for this. However, I recommend Music Magpie in general, and have not experienced these issues in the past, as I have used them about a dozen times.”

“Literally the definition of first class service. MusicMagpie offered the best price for my ipad and the whole process from there was so simple. I had the full amount as originally valued paid in to my account 24 hours after I posted the goods. Wish I'd used MusicMagpie for selling my S7 but unfortunately I already sent that off to an alternative high strEEt mobile phone provider and am entangled in their charade now. Just use MusicMagpie and you can't go wrong.”
