“Sent a Samsung s9 phone with 2 scratches on it which I would say was still in good working order. They sent me a revised offer which was nearly half the offered price originally started saying phone was in poor condition. I know it wasn't. This company are worse than my local cex store. I now refuse to have anything else to do with this company who prey on desperate people in these financially difficult times.”

Hello, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. When your device was received and tested, scratches were found all across the screen of the device which meant the item could not be accepted as being in good condition as it fits into the poor condition category. Because of this, the item was regraded and a revised offer was made to reflect the changes to the order. Please note, we do not 'prey on desperate people' as stated. Should on order change, we will communicate the reason(s) why to our customers to ensure a transparent process. As well as this, we offer a 14 day grace period in which to either accept or decline the revised offer, allowing enough time to make an informed decision. As the revised offer was accepted, the order was completed and payment was authorised on 8/11/19. Kind regards, mM CS

“Excellent service from music magpie, this is the second time I’ve used their services twice. Received and email letting me know that they received the item and a second letting me know my cash was on its way for the following day, but the only let down was Royal Mail you get free shipping with music magpie, I want to pay extra to cover me in case I team got damaged or lost so I paid about £5 for first class signed deliver, items was delivered five days late, but that’s Royal Mail for ya like.”

“Fantastic service! You enter all of your items online, get an instant quote and details on how to package your items. You book a date and someone comes over to take the box. Hassle free and you get to de-clutter. As soon as the company received my items, they checked them and sent me the money via Paypal. Very happy with it all, I’ll be using MusicMagpie again!”

“I sent in 2 boxes of tech and media, got a price of £34. When the payment came through I only got £13, they claimed I didn’t send in a PSVITA from one box and 3 games in another box but got everything else in those boxes! I checked the box twice before sending and KNOW they were all in there! My son wanted to use the money for vbucks! DO NOT SELL ANYTHING TO THESE THIEVES!!!!!”
